Today we wrap up approaching paperwork. This is the day we will
close this topic, reflect on how it went and what you felt and then finally we
will create a forward plan (unless you dealt with ALL of your paperwork stacks).
Step 1 – Set your timer for
15-30 minutes MAX
Decide on your time and stick to it.
Step 2 - Reflect
Give yourself a pat on the back. You did it!!! Was this hard? Was
this easy? Just reflect on how it all went.
Don’t make any of it good or bad. Just observe.
Step 3 – Forward Plan
You have options in your journey:
·
Move onto Tomorrow’s Topic:
Storage Clutter
·
Keep Focus on Paperwork:
Schedule 4 days, starting Wednesday for the below:
o Daily Standing Mail Routine – every day of the 4 days
o Sort paperwork – days 1 & 2 of the four days
o Schedule Action Items – day three of the four days
o Re-review Keep Items – day four of the four days
o Return to the next topic: Book Clutter on April 22.
Bonus Content
Every day, email subscribers received a reminder email with the below bonus content. Bonus content can be articles or infographics or apps that have touched my life and made it a little brighter or easier. I am not getting paid by any of the people or companies that create this content. They are truly things I do/read/use.

4/10 & 11 – Apartment Therapy (http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/) This is a favorite website/blog of
mine. You don’t have to live in an apartment to appreciate this site. It
contains ideas about your home and how to make it more efficient, more happy
and more organized. They do a January Cure each year. This cure came from
8-step home cure in the book Apartment Therapy by Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan who
is also the founder of the blog.

4/13 – 100 Questions to Inspire Rapid
Self-Discovery via Chronically
Vintage
I had originally discovered this list of questions on Alexandra Franzen's site but the
“question-only” list is not there.
Have some fun for yourself and even use these at your next
party to generate conversation.
This is another conversation and possibly motivation generator.
I discovered this fabulous product through my brother’s family. Every dinnertime,
each person gets to pick a card. Then on person reads their topic and each
person shares their opinion. Then the next person reads and then all share.
4/14 - South Bay
Document Destruction (http://www.sbdd.com/ )– If your shred items
are in the boxes quantity, then you can drive your items to this place in
Gardena, CA. I was able to watch the team members throw my papers into the
super industrial shredder. It was worth every penny to have them do it.
